We should come up with a better name for this that is in line with our "data publication" terminology

Maybe we change it to "Data Bookmark" or something? The "publication" step is separate from the idea of just wanting to share a set of data with a friend.

Under 'Share' menu/button list two options:
1.) share query - user will receive a url with query
2.) share data - user will receive a url will populated data basket.
